Automated Business Processes

Billing and back-office automation with the checks your work needs

The work is done, but somebody still has to gather the details, prepare the invoice, check its status, and reconcile what came back.

Repeated preparation and checking are candidates for software. Authority to approve a charge, release a payment, or resolve a discrepancy is a separate decision.

When this is a good fit

  • The same billing or administrative checks recur and have identifiable source records.
  • A responsible person can define the approval rules and resolve discrepancies.
  • Your accounting and payment tools allow the access needed for the agreed work.

What the work includes

  • A Blueprint identifying the source records, calculations, approval points, and exceptions.
  • The agreed preparation or reconciliation Automation and connections to approved tools.
  • Tests against representative cases, a review path for mismatches, and operating instructions.

What this could look like

Approved job records could prepare an invoice draft for review. Payment records could be compared with that invoice, with a mismatch held for a person to investigate rather than treated as paid.

What needs to be decided before a build

Financial actions require explicit authority. This is not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and a status in one tool is not enough to prove a payment. Scope depends on access, source quality, and the checks your business requires.

Tell us about the work you want handled

Start the Questionnaire with one recurring problem or broader areas you want to explore. A successful submission creates your private Project. ABP reviews what you shared and prepares a Blueprint describing the proposed Automation, with the exact invoice available for review. You can correct our understanding before deciding. Blueprint approval comes before invoice payment.

The agreed scope determines the price. Access limits, human approvals, exception handling, and any third-party costs belong in that decision.
