Custom apps and dashboards for the work your tools do not cover

The spreadsheet started as a practical fix. Now people chase versions, send status messages, and ask one person where everything stands.

A custom app can give that work a defined home. A dashboard is useful when it helps someone understand a situation or take the next action, not just when it displays more numbers.

When this is a good fit

  • Several people need a shared view of work and a clear next action.
  • Existing software leaves a specific gap that can be described and tested.
  • You can define who may see, edit, approve, or export each kind of information.

What the work includes

  • A Blueprint of the users, screens, records, and actions included in the build.
  • The agreed application or dashboard and its connections to approved data sources.
  • Responsive views, permission checks, acceptance tests, and a documented handoff within the agreed scope.

What this could look like

A team could review incoming jobs in one queue, open the details it needs, record an approval, and see what still needs attention without maintaining a separate status spreadsheet.

What needs to be decided before a build

A dashboard does not fix missing or unreliable source data by itself. We define data ownership, access, reporting meaning, and the actions in scope before building. Not every Automation needs a dashboard.

Tell us about the work you want handled

Start the Questionnaire with one recurring problem or broader areas you want to explore. A successful submission creates your private Project. ABP reviews what you shared and prepares a Blueprint describing the proposed Automation, with the exact invoice available for review. You can correct our understanding before deciding. Blueprint approval comes before invoice payment.

The agreed scope determines the price. Access limits, human approvals, exception handling, and any third-party costs belong in that decision.
