Automated Business Processes

Lead capture and follow-up with a clear owner for every enquiry

A new enquiry comes through a form, an inbox, or another tool. The next step should not depend on someone spotting it and remembering who to tell.

The opportunity is often in the handling: capture the details, identify the responsible person, and make it clear whether the next action happened.

When this is a good fit

  • Enquiries arrive through known channels and need repeatable handling.
  • A person owns the response and can define routing and follow-up rules.
  • You have appropriate permission for any communication the Automation would send.

What the work includes

  • The agreed capture fields, source records, routing rules, and response responsibilities.
  • Connections to your approved forms, inboxes, or customer system within their access limits.
  • Checks for duplicate or incomplete enquiries and visibility into the follow-up steps in scope.

What this could look like

A form submission could create an enquiry record, assign a responsible person, and flag missing details. An approved acknowledgement could be sent only under the communication rules agreed for that process.

What needs to be decided before a build

Capturing a lead does not prove buying intent or permission to market to someone. We do not promise more sales or invent consent. Message content, timing, suppression, and approval requirements need explicit decisions.

Tell us about the work you want handled

Start the Questionnaire with one recurring problem or broader areas you want to explore. A successful submission creates your private Project. ABP reviews what you shared and prepares a Blueprint describing the proposed Automation, with the exact invoice available for review. You can correct our understanding before deciding. Blueprint approval comes before invoice payment.

The agreed scope determines the price. Access limits, human approvals, exception handling, and any third-party costs belong in that decision.
