Automated Business Processes

Business process automation services for the work between your tools

The request arrives. Someone copies the details, checks what is missing, asks for approval, and updates another system. When that happens every day, keeping the business moving becomes a job of its own.

You may already have the right software. What is missing is a way for the work to move between people and tools without someone remembering every step.

When this is a good fit

  • The same kind of work returns often enough that delays, re-entry, or missed steps matter.
  • Someone owns the process and can explain what should happen, what can go wrong, and who decides.
  • You can identify the systems involved and the permissions or access limits a build must respect.

What the work includes

  • A Blueprint showing the proposed Automation, the systems it touches, and the decisions that stay with people.
  • The agreed custom software and integrations, with checks for missing information, duplicate work, and failed steps where the process needs them.
  • Testing against agreed examples, documentation, and a handoff explaining how to use the delivered Automation and handle exceptions.

What this could look like

A service request could become a record in your existing system, ask for missing details, wait for the right person's approval, and prepare the next step. An incomplete or conflicting request would go to a named person instead of silently moving ahead.

What needs to be decided before a build

A vague or changing process needs decisions before it can be automated. We do not assume every step should run without review. System access, third-party restrictions, sensitive actions, and unusual cases are part of defining the work, not details to discover after the build.

Tell us about the work you want handled

Start the Questionnaire with one recurring problem or broader areas you want to explore. A successful submission creates your private Project. ABP reviews what you shared and prepares a Blueprint describing the proposed Automation, with the exact invoice available for review. You can correct our understanding before deciding. Blueprint approval comes before invoice payment.

The agreed scope determines the price. Access limits, human approvals, exception handling, and any third-party costs belong in that decision.
